February 2016 to February 2017 Comparison

The chart below shows the number of homes sold in February 2016 compared to the number of homes that sold in February 2017 in the Pulaski County market.  The number of homes sold increased by 7 and the average sales price increased from $131,000 to $160,000.  That is an 18% increase in number of sales and a 19% increase in sales price.
